An e-Book and instructional videos
This course is mostly a downloadable e-book, you can take anywhere - we know you'll most likely use your smartphone. But you can print it as well. There is an intro video, as well as a few instructional sample meditations from Christina.
Why did we need this?
Neurodivergent individuals are often told to “just calm down,” “focus better,” or “try harder”, but without ever being taught how. Traditional mindfulness resources rarely reflect the lived experiences of people with ADHD, autism, or sensory sensitivity. Many of us find these practices inaccessible, unrealistic and even invalidating. This course is built to support the neurodivergent brain, offering tools that honour how your mind and body actually work. DIY*Calm is affirming, research-informed, trauma-sensitive, and completely judgment-free.

#2
